Is there a free trial on Pro and Scale?+
Every account starts on Free. You can upgrade to Pro or Scale at any time — no billing happens until you click upgrade in the dashboard. Free has real limits (1 program, 5 affiliates, manual payouts only) so it's also a functional forever plan for solo side-projects.
Do you charge anything on top of the monthly fee?+
No. Zero percent of affiliate commissions, zero per-conversion fees, zero transaction fees from us. Stripe's standard payout fees apply (~$0.25 per transfer) but that money goes to Stripe, not us.
What happens if I exceed limits on the Free plan?+
Free is capped at 1 program and 5 affiliates. If you hit the affiliate cap, new signups to your program are blocked until you upgrade. Your existing affiliates keep earning and their commissions keep tracking.
Can I switch plans anytime?+
Yes. Upgrade instantly from the dashboard billing page. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Both are self-serve — no contracts, no sales call.
Do you offer annual discounts?+
Not yet. We're keeping pricing dead simple during launch. Drop us a line if you need one.
