How fast do you actually respond?+

Median is under 4 hours during EU working hours, usually same-day otherwise. If you have not heard back in 24h it got caught in a spam filter somewhere — resend and yell at us.

Is there a phone number?+

No. Async-first, on purpose. If you need voice, book a Cal slot above — we'd rather have 20 focused minutes than play phone tag.

Do you have a status page?+

Yes — status.ureferrals.com. If tracking or payouts are degraded, that page says so before your inbox does.

Can I ask about features you haven't built yet?+

Please. We prioritize the roadmap off real customer requests more than anything else. Email with your use case and we will either confirm it is coming, say why it is not, or add it to the list.
